Delivery Information

All our goods are shipped to you direct from the manufacturer. This means that shipping times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Items normally take between 5 and 14 days to ship and should arrive between 7 and 21 days after you give us a confirmed order. If items are out of stock  or are going to be delayed beyond this then we will let you know.

PLEASE NOTE: An order is only confirmed when we receive your payment. No goods will be shipped on account.

Since most goods are shipped by courier then it will be necessary for an adult to be at home when the goods arrive so that they may sign for them.

Returns

If you change your mind, or ordered the wrong size of product then please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will organise a replacement or refund. In this case you will be charged the cost of shipping the goods back to the manufacturer, and any difference between what you paid originally and the price of the replacement (if the replacement is more expensive).

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

FAULTY GOODS can be returned and replaced at no cost to yourself.
